News of our friends Afterhours...

Kerrang!, the world top selling rock magazine, has reviewed Afterhours' show at the
Mercury Lounge in New York held last June, giving an evaluation of 4 stars out of 5.

Kerrang!'s review joins the other good review of I Milanesi Ammazzano il Sabato,
published by Time Out as preview of the NY show.

In the meantime, Manuel Agnelli was invited by Mark Lanegan and Greg Dulli to join the
Gutter Twins as keyboard player on three important shows of their Summer tour: 13/8 at
the Sheperd's Bush Empire in London, 15/8 at the Pukkelpop Festival in Belgium and 16/8
at the Lowlands Festival in Holland.

Last news before summer break! 8)

Hello PanoPeople!

How is your summer going?

Some of you may be on holidays... some already came back, some still have to leave...

We are proud to say that even summertime doesn’t stop our activities: we can already announce the first two events of a new season which will bring you more and bigger surprises...

On November 13th, we will bring to d:qliq Musetta, duo from Milano which combines refined jazz melodies with modern electronic sounds and original esthetics, also through video-projections interacting with music.

On December 12th, we will welcome at d:qliq Anti-gone, project of Neapolitan musician Barbara de Dominicis (also including Marco Messina, ex 99 Posse), in which avant-folk, pop and electronics find a perfect balance, continuously melting in a mix of great fascination and conceptual elegance, around Greek mythology.

Two fascinating nights, which will open another great season of concerts...
Stay tuned, because we are working on BIG events!!!

For the moment, let us wish you a wonderful summer, full of sunshine and, obviously... music!!!

Season's end

Hello PanoPeople!

As you know, Panoplie Italian Nights 2 were the last event of our season.
It has been another great year of music, from Afterhours' three consecutive gigs on September 2007 to the second edition of our festival.
Lots of events, different styles, different atmospheres, but always great moments of music, with a wonderful response of the public.
We are happy to see that Panoplie, its events, its releases, have attracted an increasing interest both of musicians and listeners, particularly becoming a sort of bridge towards Europe for the Italian indie scene.

Now, a little summer break, but don't be afraid: we'll be back on September!
We are already working on the next season, and there are great surprises for you...
Before the end of the year, more events (wait for a couple of big names...), more releases (another compilation? only one?)...
stay tuned!!!

Anyway, check this site out also during summertime, for a couple of good reasons...
First, it'd be the right period for us to work on pictures and videos of past events, and post some on here.
Second, because we could announce autumn events soon, and start pre-sales... be careful, if you don't want to miss something big!

We wish to thank again everybody for this great year: the artists, the public, d:qliq crew, Sentieri Sonori @ Radio Ara...
Here you have a nice souvenir: can't it make a nice desktop?
season's thanx

Have a nice summertime!

The public, for being so attentive and responsive.

We should soon be able to show you a few videos of the gigs...
But here you have already a slideshow of pictures from the 2 nights:

For those who were there, a great souvenir, for the others... sorry for you! :p
